Second Circular Letter (11-10-2010)
Dear Colleagues,
We were glad to get so many applications so far.
There have arrived several requests - to our address and the address of the leaders of the Medieval Chronicle Society - concerning registration in spite of the expired deadline. Taking these requests into consideration we extend the closing dates as follow.
The final closing date for registration with presenting the abstract is:
2011 February 1
Notice about the acceptance of registration:
2011 February 14
Early registration fee (120 €) should be paid by:
2011 February 28
(following this date only the normal registration fee is accepted (150 €)!
Normal registration fee should be paid by:
2011 March 1 - 2011 March 28
For students the registration fee is 120 €, the closing date of paying it is:
2011 March 28
We would like the abstarcts to be written and sent in in the language you wish to present your lecture!
On the website of the conference not all areas have been available so far. The reason for these inconveniences is in the difficulties of organising; the organisers have had to face numerous legal and technical obstacles in order to be able to use the areas referring to finances. The obstacles have been removed, thus on the website the areas not activated so far (paying, uploading abstarcts) will be at your disposal after receiving this letter.
We are looking forward to get new applications and we do ask to respect the closing dates.
